Study Holidays
Every semester, we used to have study holidays before our exams, and this time it was the same for our fifth semester. During these study holidays, I spent my time in a peaceful and meaningful way. I started preparing for my syllabus, helping my mom with daily chores, and continuing my tutoring. Every morning, I set a small target for my syllabus and tried to complete it at my own pace. It felt good to sit with my books, revise my lessons, and prepare myself for the upcoming exams without any pressure. I also made sure to spend more time with my family, talking, laughing, and sharing simple everyday moments together. Those moments made my study holidays even more special.
Apart from studying, I also continued tutoring my students. Teaching them made me feel productive and happy. It was a good way to stay connected with studies and also help others learn. In between my study hours and tuition classes, I helped my mom with household work. Doing small things like cooking, cleaning and folding clothes made me feel happy because I could share her workload a little. She was also glad to see me managing everything so well.
But it was not just about studying and helping. I also gave myself some time to relax. I spent my evenings listening to music, watching a few favorite shows, and simply enjoying the calm moments. These small breaks helped me feel refreshed and kept me active for the next day. Overall, this study leave taught me how to balance my time between learning, teaching, helping, and relaxing. It showed me that even during busy times, we can still find peace and joy in small, simple moments of everyday life.
